The Mining Truck ERP System was designed to streamline the management of heavy-vehicle fleets in mining operations. The solution integrates real-time IoT data to support modules for truck management, weight tracking, route monitoring, invoicing, and driver coordination — all centralized in a unified ERP interface.
Process
We began by collaborating with the client’s logistics team to identify workflow bottlenecks and system gaps. Our UX team mapped out user roles and system permissions to simplify dashboard complexity. A key part of the development process involved integrating IoT sensors and hardware APIs for weight scales, GPS trackers, and vehicle diagnostics. We worked closely with backend engineers to ensure the ERP could process and visualize real-time IoT data. The interface was designed to display mission-critical insights, trigger alerts, and optimize routing logic. Usability testing was conducted with fleet managers in live operational settings.
