The Watch Store Redesign focused on revamping an e-commerce platform for a luxury watch brand. The project aimed to enhance the digital shopping experience with high-end visuals, better categorization, and a smoother product exploration journey.
Process
We began by analyzing heatmaps and user behavior on the existing platform. From there, we conducted a UX audit and created moodboards for a modern luxury feel. Our team designed wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and a fully responsive component library. Using A/B testing, we optimized user flows like product filtering, wishlist management, and the checkout process.
